Access to Personal Information
You generally have the right to see or obtain a copy of personal information about you that may be held by Excel Phone Words. Excel Phone Words will deal with any requests for access to personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

If you wish to obtain a copy of any personal information held by Excel Phone Words, Excel Phone Words will ask that you put the request in writing by either post or fax in order to ensure that Excel Phone Words can verify your identity. If Excel Phone Words needs time to consider a request, Excel Phone Words will acknowledge that request within 7 days and respond within a maximum of one month.

If for any reason Excel Phone Words refuses to give you access to its information, Excel Phone Words will advise of the reasons for refusal in writing. Excel Phone Words may refuse to give you access to personal information where giving you access:
